Flato is seeking council approval for an MZO for a large development on the east side of Lindsay. This will enable Flato to jump the queue of current developers awaiting for approval in Lindsay, as well as enable Flato to bypass normal planning processes and procedures, including environmental assessments and affordable housing requirements.
